Abed Awad — Partner & Founding Member

ABED AWAD is a partner and founding member of the law firm of Awad & Khoury, LLP. He is a graduate of St. Peter's College, the University of London and Pace University Law School where he served as a managing editor for Pace International Law Review. Mr. Awad is also the CEO and Founder of Shariawiz, an Islamic estate planning platform.

Mr. Awad brings a unique combination of international legal education and deep community roots to the firm. His practice encompasses complex matrimonial matters, estate planning (including Islamic wills and trusts), and real estate transactions.

Hani Khoury — Partner & Founding Member

HANI KHOURY is a partner and founding member of the law firm of Awad & Khoury, LLP. Prior to the formation of Awad & Khoury, LLP, Mr. Khoury was a founding member of the law firm of Ariyan, Khoury & Schildiner, LLP where he remained a partner for ten years.

With extensive experience in immigration and naturalization law, Mr. Khoury has helped countless individuals and families navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. His practice includes work visas, family-based petitions, deportation defense, and naturalization applications.

Rosana Nikolovski — Associate Attorney

Ms. Nikolovski is an Associate Attorney at Awad & Khoury, specializing primarily in immigration law. She works closely with Mr. Khoury on a wide range of immigration cases, including work visas, family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, and naturalization applications. Her primary focus is immigration law, but she also collaborates with Mr. Awad on the firm's estate planning work.
